We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. As many of our pieces are handmade or one-of-a-kind, our returns policy varies depending on the type of item purchased.
Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Returns: Ready-Made Sewn Items
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items should be returned with original packaging where possible
Please note:
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt
Original Artwork
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks:
• Returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged
Please ensure you are happy with your selection before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to purchase, we are always happy to help.
Custom & Made-to-Order
Items Items that are:
• Made to order
• Customised
• Created specifically for you
are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless faulty.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You may be entitled to:
• A full refund
• A repair
• A replacement We will cover return postage costs in these cases.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.
How to Return an Item

• Wait for confirmation and return instructions
• Send the item back to the address provided
